BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Chang's academic background primarily focused on political science and history, with her master's thesis centered on identity research.

After passing the Taiwan Civil Service Examination in 2017, she worked as an officer at the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, where she was responsible for cross-strait tourism policies, travel affairs, and project execution. During this period, she pursued legal studies at National Taiwan University's law program. In 2021, she obtained her attorney license.

Since entering legal practice, Attorney Chang has been handling cases related to construction and contract litigation & arbitration, land disputes, as well as general civil and criminal matters.
