BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Peter Chen  specialized in corporate law, securities transactions, and economic law during his undergraduate and graduate studies. While working as a research assistant, he simultaneously studied financial law and assisted professors in publishing papers on specialized financial instruments. His thesis focused on corporate directors and mergers & acquisitions.

After obtaining his attorney license in 2013, Attorney Chen interned and worked at a well-known domestic engineering firm, engaging in legal discussions with government agencies, engineering consultants, and academics on construction-related legal matters. He has also assisted large corporations in mergers and acquisitions and served as legal counsel for multiple publicly listed companies, aiding in corporate governance and internal system establishment.

Attorney Chen specializes in litigation involving real estate disputes, commercial shareholding conflicts, government procurement/Public-Private Partnership (PPP) disputes, and construction contract litigation. Since joining  CC Partner  Law Firm in 2018, he has accumulated nearly a thousand clients and earned the trust of numerous individuals and businesses.
