BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Neil Hsu  specialized in corporate law, securities transactions, and economic law during his graduate studies at National Taiwan University. After obtaining his attorney license in 2017, he worked in both corporate legal departments and law firms, gaining extensive practical experience. He also served as an independent director, focusing on major financial disputes in the capital markets, corporate governance structuring, and criminal cases.  

Attorney Hsu has handled legal matters for multiple publicly listed companies, particularly in litigation related to the Securities and Exchange Act, the Futures Trading Act, and the Anti-Corruption Act. Since joining CC Partner Law Firm in 2019, he has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in securing their legal rights and navigating complex legal challenges.
